Yes. They are both for men and women. Stetson hats are traditionally for men, but most styles can be worn by women also. The sizing on hats are the same for men and women.

What do the X's mean?

X's stand for the quality of the hat. The more X's, the more beaver fur blend is added to the hat. The more beaver blend it has, the softer the felt feels.

-4X hats are only wool
-5x and higher have blend

Detail & Care

To clean hat use hat or sponge to dust of lint and dirt. You can also use a lint roller.

Wool and Beaver fur felt are naturally water resistant, but they are not water proof. We suggest 4x's and wool hats for outdoor work in light rain if you plan to use it for that.

6X's and above are better suited for special occasions and formal events away from rain.

Do's and Don'ts

1. Always rest hat with crown down. Never rest hat on its' brim.

2. Always keep in cool dry area. Never leave in hot vehicle. Hat will change shape if left in hot places.

3. Always take good care of it as it will take good care of you. Many loyal Stetson customers have had the same hat for many years and have been passed down from Grandpa, to father, and to son. Hats last a lifetime and more if you take good care of them.
